November 26 is celebrated as constitution day in India | 26 नवंबर को भारत में संविधान दिवस के रूप में क्यों मनाया जाता है |

We all are aware the constitution day or samvidhan (संविधान दिवस) divas perfectly we known as National Laws Day celebrated in very hopefully on 26 November positively.






Every year on 26 November to memorialize heartily the adoption of the Constitution of India (संविधान दिवस). On 26 November 1949, our great Constituent Assembly of India adapted to the Constitution of India, and it came into effect on 26 January 1950.


Our Primary President of India Dr. Rajendra Prasad,, was chosen as the President of the Assembly by members of the body. (संविधान दिवस कब मनाया जाता है) The legislative board met for a very long time, 11 months and 18 days to draft the Constitution (संविधान) without any disconnection. But India never keeps a holiday on 26 November. Definitely, there are no holidays. Someone asks if November 26 is a holiday!





The "Goals Resolution" passed by Jawaharlal Nehru on December 13, 1946, was collectively embraced as Preamble on January 22, 1947. On the evening of August 14, 1947, the Assembly met in the Constitution Hall again and took over as the Legislative Assembly of an Independent India.


There are some questions in our mind why 26 November is celebrated as constitution day (संविधान दिवस). The Constitution of India is one of the longest hand-written documents in the world with 1,17,369 words in the English version on November 26.
